If you've transfered the maps over from the PC they are on your N96 mass memory, the Nokia Maps app just wont read them. So to get it working you need to set not to go online in Nokia Maps and then restart Nokia Maps again.

Nokia Email is Nokia Messaging they've just renamed it. IM services have still to come, maybe in V3.0?

I like FriendView, but I'm limited to using via wifi which sort of defeats the purpose of it.
